Overview

Equality Charter School (“Equality”) opened in 2009, providing essential academic, social, and emotional support to its scholars. Equality is now expanding and it is planning to open an elementary school. Matter Real Estate is providing real estate services and negotiation support to Equality and has vetted a number of potential properties ranging from developer partnerships to the renovation of existing school buildings. With a real estate and financing plan in place, Matter and Equality are positioned to execute on a project that meets the organization’s culture, financial resources, timing requirements and space needs.
