Our development process is designed to meet the unique requirements of each organization. We start by defining the requirements of the project by defining a catchment area, space needs and budget. Once we understand those requirements, we acquire the property while negotiating a lease with the organization and afterward work closely with our clients to ensure the facilities we deliver meet their unique requirements. Our target projects include the renovation of existing space to the construction of new buildings.

CHARTER SCHOOL PLATFORM

Matter Real Estate is expanding to fill a need in New York City for privately owned school facilities that are well designed, affordable and are delivered on time.

This new real estate development platform will be fully funded by our capital partners and focus on the acquisition and development of 30,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft. school facilities in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.

We have a successful track record working alongside charter organizations, including: Academy of the City, Amber Charter Schools, Brilla Charter Schools / Seton Education Partners, Equality Charter School, Global Community Charter School, International Leadership Charter School, Launch Charter School and Zeta Charter Schools.

RETAIL PLATFORM

Matter Real Estate is acquiring retail properties in key commercial corridors in New York and New Jersey.

This platform will be fully funded by our capital partners and focus on the acquisition and development of 1,250 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. retail facilities in Long Island, Westchester and select markets in New Jersey.
