Since International Leadership Charter High School opened in 2006, ILCHS has encouraged their students to impact the community through social action and community engagement. ILCHS continues to separate themselves from other schools in the neighborhood through their academic rigor and commitment to the community. Matter provides ILCHS with real estate and owner representative services which include supporting and managing the developer.
